Color scheme with complete support for all Textmate grammar features

Does anyone have a suggestion for a colour scheme with complete support for all Textmate grammar features, as listed here:

I am trying to develop a syntax highlighting file, but it is made more difficult by the fact that the default Monokai colour scheme does not highlight all of the suggested/available scopes separately. For example, support.variable just shows up in the default foreground colour.

I designed it while making my first syntax, I wanted to color scopes very precisely.
