Color code - how to disable

Hello,
when I start sublime it automatically turn on setting “Color Code this view”:

It looks terrible.
When I turn it off it is enabled right after I save the document. How can I disable it permanently?

This is due to one of your plugin (this is not a default Sublime text behavior or menu entry).
It is likely Colorcoder, check the documentation to configure it: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Colorcoder
