Code folding key bindings don't work

MacOS 11.1. Sublime Text 3.2.2.

If I select Edit -> CodeFolding -> Fold All, it works. But if I press Command+K, or Command+1, nothing happens. Ditto with all the commands under Code Folding. What’s going on here?

Well, I figured this out. I misunderstood the binding. I thought “Command+K, Command+1” meant either of the key combos, but it means both in succession.
