Code fold closed by default or persist status

Hello… referring to code folding status by default, I wish I could have it all closed in my files so I could manually open its levels as needed.
Is there a newest (2022) setting to do so?
As I could understand, the BufferScroll is a little controversial. Thanks!

There is not currently a setting that would make this happen, no.
