Why not ? Sublime Text has a infinitely generous evaluation period. If you don’t like it, you can always go to another editor/IDE, if you like it, you can end your evaluation & support development by buying a license. Either way, the general advice I’d give is, try out different tools (here perhaps ST, VS Code etc.), see what you like and then continue to use it.
