CMD + Z is not working properly

Hi,
I am using the latest version of ST Dev (3152) on Mac OS Sierra . 10.12.6.

What I am doing is to copy a bunch of text and paste it repeatedly, so I have around 6-10 lines. I press CMD+Z and all the edits are undone. I would have thought that it would have done it line by line.

I think this is built-in Sublime Text behaviour, that it keeps track of inserted text at timed intervals, when building the undo stack. I also think that some more control in case of pasted text would be better.

Maybe you can try this:

and see if it handles undo differently.
