It seems on mac that whenever I press cmd+shift+w, it responds as if only cmd+w was pressed. I’ve also noticed this with other combinations such as cmd+shift+e. In this case st acts as if I pressed only cmd+e.
I’ve had a look at the keyboard settings (default) and there one can see, they key combination is specified as super+w (close). Would it be possible to specify somehow super+w BUT not super+shift+w?
