Circles around Lines

Hi,

I get white dots on the very left and circles around lines. They have started appearing today on my sublime text3. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

I am trying to add a screenshot but I get the “The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” on this forum.
