I’ve sent almost half a dozen emails to the “Sales” email over the last 16 days with zero response. Does anyone know if this email is actually monitored? Is anyone checking the Spam folder, just in case?

We haven’t received any emails from you on our end so far, including in spam. I’m not quite sure what’s happening there.
