Char keymap

Hi all

I have a question about charmap in sublime text. When i type my code in php or other language, I can’t use some characters. I reinstalled the program, but the problem is same.
i can not use the following chars:

[]
&
/

where is set usage these chars?

where can I set the keymap, or why can’t I use the given chars?
In a normal notepad or orther program i can use them.

Those keys work fine here. If you expect someone to be able to guess the reason, some more information might be helpful.

Operating System?

Language?

Keyboard Layout?

Sublime Text Build?

Plugins installed?

Tried with vanilla install (no plugins and reverted to clean state)?
