When you select a tag for example a XML tag there is an underline for the matching tags, how do I change the size and or color ?
As well how does one go to a full screen tab or full screen tab window ?

XML tag matches are defined in the color scheme. For better configurability I suggest using packagecontrol.io/packages/BracketHighlighter however.
Full screen options are available in the “View” menu.

How do I define what is in the manual for color scheme as it mentions global settings ordered by type.
