Change name of "Sublime Merge" git client to "SubMerge" git client

I feel that there was a missed opportunity for a great name. You should consider changing the name of SublimeMerge client to the SubMerge client. It’s catchy since its a single word.

Neither of those definitions have anything to do with Sublime or Git

I definitely think the naming could use some work, though I’m not sure “SubMerge” is the right choice either.

At work, it’s been very confusing to talk to people about. Everyone immediately assumes that it’s a diff and merge tool, or confuses with the Sublime plugin called “Sublimerge” (which is a diff/merge tool).
