When I enter a string with ’ and follow it with an e or c, the letter changes and it removes the '. Like é or ç. Can I remove this functionality when typing python code?

This is normally a function of your operating system and not Sublime Text. For example, on my Windows if I configure Dutch with US International I can use various keys, like the quote, to make accented letters. If I switch to US keyboard it doesn’t do this compositing.

Ok, thanks for taking the time to respond fichtefoll and asmodai. I already figured it might not be the smartest of questions, but was hoping to find a way to disable it since I kept forgetting to put an extra space behind the ’ when typing an e or c and messing up the code.
