Can't use edit window

Hardware: Dell Inspiron 15 (using built-in keyboard and touchpad mouse controls)
OS Version: Windows 7
Application Version: Sublime Text 3 (No updates available)

Good evening, this is the second time this has happened to me. Yes, a fresh sublime install fixes the problem.
At seemingly random, my edit window becomes unresponsive. I can’t click in it, I can’t type in it, but the cursor blinks in it(which, I can not navigate with the keyboard). I can, however, open and close files, but newly loaded files are frozen up as well. I can use the directory navigation bar just fine to browse my projects and open files. I can also use the drop down menus. This problem is only within the edit window. As I said earlier, this is the second time this happened to me. The first time it happened, I re-installed and the problem was fixed.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem since ST2. I’m pretty sure that the cause is some of my packages.

In my case, the problem occurs every time if I try to type or interact with the ST window before the PyV8 binary is loaded. Even moving the cursor with the keyboard arrows produces this.

Could you share your list of packages to compare with mine and test disabling only those packages?
