I haven’t used my Sublime for a while. When I tried to practice some coding today, I simply couldn’t save a file. I’m using OSX, Sublime Text 2 and the error I receive is: “Unable to save /test.html”.
Please help 
P.S. You’ve probably guessed that I am not too knowledgable with the technical side of my laptop, nor am I a professor in coding.
Since you are not familiar with the technical side of your laptop, you may not be aware that the leading ‘/’ in the file name probably means you are attempting to save it to the root of your system volume, a place you possibly don’t have permissions to write to. Try using the “Save As” feature and either choose your documents directory or at the very least make sure there is no ‘/’ at the start of your file name.
