hello. i have a sublime merge license, but i’ve upgraded my computer and do not have access to the original email account i used because it was removed by the organization with which i had the email.
i’m supposed to be forwarded emails from the old email account, but for whatever reason it’s not working with sublime in particular. nothing in spam either. tried entering the email multiple times in the retrieve key page, and it says it was sent, but i don’t see anything in the inbox.
i’m worried that maybe the email is hitting the spam inbox of my old account and that the forwarding service doesn’t forward spam

how can i recover the key?
