Can't register Sublime Text 2.0.2 with text files

Running Windows 7 64bit.

Just upgraded to ST 2.0.2. Now, I can’t open certain text files. Files like catalina.properties.

The older version would register *.properties files just fine. But now, when I go to “Open With”, ST isn’t listed. So I click “Browse” and point it to the new exe. But it doesn’t show in the list. So it never registers it in Windows.

I even changed my Preferences.sublime-settings file to:

Any ideas how to fix this? I register just about every text file with ST2.
