Can't launch sublime

[XMistralX]

i installled sublime 2 for one day now and i have the problems that when i closed sublime.i can’t reopen it but when i look in to task manager it has sublime process ,
it seem like when i closed sublime the process never terminate itself . and if i end that task,sublime seem to be working normally again ? how should i fix this
