Can't find all in text/binary file while Notepad++ can do easily

So I often work with these files but I can’t find all text in file with Sublime Text, always said binary file. I can do this easily in Notepad++. Can you please fix this annoy problem? Thank. Here is the text file anyway

this is a known thing, that ST skips files it considers binary when searching, I don’t think there is a way to change it

I’m disappointed when Sublime Text team can’t fix a simple problem like this. Now I have to use Notepad++ also.
