Cant edit Settings

i have purchased and installed ST3 and now i’m cant edit any settings.

Here is the error.

What i’m doing wrong?

Can’t see the picture, but my guess is you are trying to edit Default settings. For most things, you should create a file of the same name in “Packages/User”. These will be merged with the default settings. So you don’t have to repeat everything, only the entries you wish to override.
