Can't drag php files into Sublime Text 3 since windows 10

I have been using Sublime Text 3 Build 3114 for a good while on Windows 7, but since upgrading to Windows 10 I am having a problem.

I use Q-Dir explorer because it gives me a quad layout. Now for some reason I can’'t drag text or php files into Sublime Text.
When I drag the files over the icon changes correctly but sublime does not open the files.

However if I just open a normal windows folder it will allow me to drag files in.

This is annoying as I love Q-dir, but now can’t seem to use it with SB3.

Can anybody give me a clue as to why it stopped working in Windows 10.

Try not to use Sublime Text as administrator.
