Im sure this is a common problem lol. is this because there was too long a period between the expiration of my previous license and the new one or am i using an even older license that is LOOOOOOONG expired. I have an extra old license.st which was for ST2 and a license.st3 which I thought was the one that just expired, i dont find any license.st4 because I think ST4 was released while my existing license was still active
There is a solution to this… the new license will happen… do I need to create a whole new one or is there a record of my most recently active license that would still allow an upgrade? There is no wrong answer here the purchase will happen.
