Cannot update to build 3054

I am using SublimeText 3 on the dev channel - build 3053.

It prompted me to update today and when it started downloading the package I get an error: “Error: Unable to download manifest”.

I have tried restarting SublimeText, but nothing helps.

I am not able to update to the new SublimeText version.
