Cannot start Sublime Text after closing Sublime Text

I’ve recently started experiencing an issue where I cannot open ST back up if I close it down.

I have checked Windows Task Manager and the ‘sublime_text.exe’ process continues running even after I have closed it down.

When I try to re-open ST it hangs for around 10 seconds (doesn’t open the GUI) and then closes.

If I kill the ‘sublime_text.exe’ task and try again it will successfully open.

Any ideas on why this is happening or what I can do to troubleshoot?

I’m running build 3126, have done an un-install/re-install and also cleared the Sublime Text 3 folder from AppData\Roaming but I’m still getting the problem.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction - I have it working with ST 32 bit - not sure what’s causing the issue with 64 bit?
