Cannot install Package Controll... on ubuntu

Hi,
I install sublime text on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, but when I click Tools > Install Package Controll… nothing display.
Seems cannot install it.

I tried add https://download.sublimetext.com/apt/stable/ to repository but still cannot.

Anyone know how can i slove this?

any messages/errors in the ST console? (View menu -> Show Console)

I restart system and re-install it, its working now
