Just upgraded to sublime text 3.0 and I cannot close the changelog dialog.
Force quiting just closes sublime text and I have the same issue when it restarts.

Looks like it was a problem with some packages I had installed. I deleted the Installed Packages and Packages directories and while it let me close the changelog, everything else was super broken. I just renamed ~/.config/sublime-text-3 and re ran sublime text and everything is like brand new. Copied over the contents of Local and
