Cannot change setting of packages

Hi,

I’m using ST 3 on Ubuntu 20.04 and I cannot change setting of any package but Conda.
Preferences -> Package Settings only shows Conda and Package Control, although I have few more packages installed.

I tried adding the setting files manually to the directory (e.g SublimeLinter-pycodestyle.sublime-settings) and it still does not work.

I could think of 2 reasons (there maybe probably more).

  1. Either the said package doesn’t have a default settings file.
  2. The package is in the ignored list of packages (ignored_packages settings of your user preferences).
