Cannot build Latex files

I am no longer able to use cmd/b to build a latex file. When I try, I
receive this error message

'You must set a command in your LaTexTools.sublime-settings file
before launching the script builder.'

What command do I need to set. I am using build 3176, and this worked
prior to that release.

Most likely, the solution for this is to press C-shift-b and select the LaTeXTools option.
