Hi,
After the upgrade to Sublime Text 4 I’m only able to select 5 images or files for upload to my server instead of selecting them all?
I’m talking about files in the root of my project not folders with files.
Regards,
David

Perhaps you’re experiencing this issue: https://github.com/sublimehq/sublime_text/issues/4268 ?
Thanks for pointing that out! Is this going to be fixed soon? Because when you have lots of webpages to upload it makes it not easy. Is this in the normal update fixed or only the dev?
I have a subscription so I expect quick updates like promised!
Build 4108 is a dev build, as you can see on the dev page which is newer than the latest stable build 4107.
Where was this promised?
businesses must purchase a subscription, which always gives access to the latest version
These are the same license terms we use for Sublime Merge, and they allow us to deliver more frequent and exciting updates as soon as they’re ready, without having to roll them into a new major version.
Maybe it’s a misunderstanding be me, but this is stated on the website at the business site. So they just mean that with a subscription your Sublime Text get’s updated to the normal users updates like always?
That implicates that you still have to wait for updates a long time, because my experience with building websites and the dev builds are not so positive.
How long will it take till the next regular update?
Business subscriptions and single user licenses have access to the same builds and follow the same updates - there’s no difference between the actual licenses beyond how they expire. Dev builds are released semi-frequently and are less stable than the stable builds that are released less frequently.
But when can we expect the next stable update? Because it’s clearly stated that:
That’s referring to the year long wait between major versions like what happened between ST 3.2 and ST4. We don’t release on a schedule, so I don’t have an answer for when the next stable build happens.
So we are still in the same boat despite the fact that I pay for a subscription?
This reminds me of earlier times and makes me reconsider to extend my subscription coming year.
The bug I’m referring to should be fixed with a hot fix and users should not be forced to do professional work in dev builds!
It’s worth testing those fixes in a separate channel to see whether they work well or create other side effects though. Publishing any fix quickly as hotfix would literly turn stable builds into development builds with possibly unstable solutions.
That said, this issue has been reported weeks/month back and should have been fixed before official release!
