Using CMD+v does not do anything. I checked the keybindings and they are still set to the defaults. I also can not copy from sublime. It is as if the entire clipboard does not work. Any advice? Edit:i posted a solution posted in the comments

After giving up on finding the root cause of the issue, I decided to just restart the laptop. It wasn’t my preferred solution since I had processes running that I didn’t want to interrupt but it did fix the problem. Posting so someone else might find this “solution” to their problem.

I didn’t work when I tried it. But I just restarted the machine and it fixed it. Not an optimal solution but it worked.
