Can No Longer Fold HTML <style> tags

After the most recent update (Build 4143), I can no longer fold html style tags in any document. Is there anything I can do to bring back this functionality?

It’s working fine here. Does it work in safe mode?

I can reproduce it with default html snippet on Win11 ST4143. No fold button is displayed next to <style> tag.
