Can I use ST for a translation task?

Hello everyone!

I am a translator and I have been asked to translate a document from French to Spanish. They asked me to use ST for this. It’s not what I usually use so … I don’t know how to use it that way. For the encoding I see how ST works … but for the translation I am not sure.

I read a few posts in this forum and saw that some of you were really using ST for translating. I would like to know how you use it?

I haven’t personally used ST for translation, but I can see its potential. The crisp, distraction-free interface could be great for focusing on the text. Plus, with some clever use of custom settings, you could potentially streamline your workflow. Maybe using split view for source and target texts or customizing syntax highlighting to make your work easier?
