I’ve had ST3 keypad issues since MacOS Mojave came out last year: Bug? With MacOS Mojave can't distinguish minus and keypad minus?
Are there other ST3 on MacOS users out there that can replicate this issue? I’m still not sure it’s not something unique to my setup.

I’d suggest is using Karabiner Elements to remap the key. It may be that Mojave just decided that the two keys are the same now, you may be able to undo that with this app.

I’m leaning towards it being an ST3 problem as Emacs recognizes the keypad keys as different from their main keys counterparts. The Karabiner elements event viewer and the Many Tricks key codes applications also both recognize the keys as different.
Can someone from Sublime HQ please confirm this is expected behaviour on MacOS?
