C++YouCompleteMe Package not working

When opening, it shows :
Ymcd is not found, see https://github.com/glymehrvrd/CppYCM#installation for installation instructions

I have installed YmcdCompletions Package from PackageManager then why is it happening?

But According to this https://github.com/Valloric/ycmd, it is a ymcd client. Moreover according this page https://github.com/glymehrvrd/CppYCM#installation when you get compiled ymcd for windows x64 it does not have all the necessary files listed in the page. So I cannot follow the instructions listed there.

Can you provide information about did you set up? Maybe I can imitate them and set up mine.
