I would like to bypass the Find Results
tab when performing a Find in files
search. I tried:
"show_panel_on_find_all": false,
"find_selected_text": true,
These did not work.

Can you explain what do you mean by “bypass the Find Results tab” ? If you want to bypass it, why do you initiate the find in files operation in the first place ?
Instead of showing the results in a tab, you can also show the results in a panel by disabling the the Use Buffer
option in the Find in Files
panel (as a guess on “bypass the Find Results tab”).
I want to cycle directly through the search matches, without having to deal with a tab that contains the breakdown of the results. If this cannot be done, then no problem.
