Building (any system) returns blank build results panel

Hello,
I’m on Windows 8 x64 with latest Sublime Text version. Whenever I use any build system it just opens the Build results panel with white background and nothing else happens. I tried different build systems, some custom ones and there is just the blank page in the panel. Do you have any suggestions on what can I do?

Have a same problem on Windows 7 x86.
