Build output view no longer scrolls down with build content

With some Sublime 3 dev release over the past few weeks, the build output “window” no longer scrolls down as build output is added. Formerly, the build output view would end up such that what was visible in the window was the last few lines of the build output. Now, the window no longer scrolls. (Well, it scrolls if you manually scroll it, of course.)

Has this been changed such that it’s an option settable as a preference? If so, what is the option?

it’s a regression that we will probably see fixed in the next build
