previously it use to be ctrl + b in windows edition, but know when use the same key it showing toolbar.how to change default key binding like this user key binding cannot replace default one ?

Your problem sounds somewhat like perhaps there is more than one possible build system that can be used for the type of file that you’re trying to build and Sublime is asking you to select which one it should use.

It’s possible that the key binding is being overridden by the system in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts.
