Build 4200 not showing when I check for updates

I am running Build 4199 and Build 4200 does not appear when I check for updates. Is there a reason for this?

Different release channels.

Dev channel and stable channel update independently.

So, are DEV Build 4199 and and Stable Build 4200 identical? How do I switch channels in order to get the 4200 release?

Apart from the stable being usable without a license, yes they are identical. You can switch channels by simply installing a build from that channel.
