Build 4169 ActualVim cannot type text

I am not able to insert text or move the cursor with the keyboard after trying to activate Vim mode in build 4169 on Windows 10 Home

Steps I took.

1. Installed ActualVim plugin
2. ctrl+shift+p Vintageous: Toggle Vim Ctrl Keys
3. Enabled Packages

After uninstalling ActualVim I was able to insert text again.

Can anyone suggest a fix?
