Build 3207 Crashing on Windows

I use 3207 in various windows 7/10 laptops. It crashes 5-10 times per day.
Previous two updates crashed with the same regularity.
The recent reproducible crash is installing Naomi package.
The other installed packages: babel, typescript, a file icon, colorsublime, clickable urls.

Any 1 found any solution?
