The save dialog doesn’t let you paste a name onto the box which contains the file name.
This behavior has been going on since build 3181.

The save dialog is a native dialog: ie, it’s created and managed by macOS.
Try this with another application (eg, Firefox) and you can’t paste into the dialog either.
EDIT: actually, I’m getting varied results here, some applications let me, and others don’t. 
In all cases though, right-click-pasting does work…

The problem is that it used to work before. Also works in the following:
BBEdit
CotEditor
iA Writer
On my system, it also works on Firefox.

Suspect this might be related to the keyboard shortcuts missing from menus issue. Does it still happen in build 3183?
