In build 3147 (but not in 3144), when the project switcher fades in, it appears to have a white flash. I took some screenshots mid-fade-in, and found that the background opacity/tint changed between the two builds - but not if your theme sets a “title_bar”.
In 3144, the project switcher comes in like this:
However, in 3147, the project switcher has a white tone to it, so when the fade-in stops, it looks like a flash of white:
In 3147, regardless of what color you set for “title_bar”, the 3144 behavior is maintained:
You can’t repo this with the built-in themes because “Default” has a light background for the project switcher, and “Adaptive” uses “title_bar”.
