Bugging after start

Hello, i have an problem that happen every time if i start/restart Sublime Text.
If i try to start Sublime Text it will start normal, but in 3-4 seconds it won’t be clickabel.
I need to wait like 30 seconds to work again

How can i solve it?

What OS are you using? What version of ST? Have you tried reverting to a freshly installed state?

Os: Windows 10 Pro
ST: 3.2.2 (Build 3211)

Yes i have deleted sublime and installed it again

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not clear plugins or other data. Have you followed the instructions on the link provided?
