Since build 3143 Wacom tablet is unusable in Sublime Text. Click doesn’t work and mouseover drag the entire code area. Same behaviour as moving the scrollbars.

I have the same problem on my Surface Pro 4 with my Surface Pen.

Contrary to @nikan87 I cannot reproduce this bug on Surface Pro 4 with the pen.

Win 10 Pro x64 Version 1703
Sublime 3.0 Build 3143 (x64, portable)

Same bug aswell(Win 10 Pro x64 Version 1703),(Intous 4L)
Had some similar issues with chrome too, and the same workaround worked with Sublime.

Add Sublime as a application in “wacom tablet properties” and disable “Use Windows Ink” in the mapping tab.

Just an FYI, this has been fixed in the dev builds for a while.
