Bug: Sublime Merge doesn't look at ~/.config/git/ignore

In a similar issue to my previous report about ~/.config/git/config, Sublime Merge seems to not be reading ~/.config/git/ignore and therefore it’s reporting a bunch of Untracked Files in my repo that should be ignored.

This is with build 1062 on macOS 10.14.

I’ve the same problem on Windows with build 1062.

This is fixed in the current dev build btw
