[bug] Project isn't added to Open Recent list

a simple but damned bug (still in 3058):

if you open a Project by the menu “Open Project” it gets added to the “open Recent” list
but if you click on a .sublime-project file … it opens the project, but it DOESN’T get added to the open recent list!
