Bug: forall isn't highlighted as a keyword (Haskell)

forall is new keyword, not in Haskell standard 98.

Also, there is no space between *.o in list of ignored masks in default config (JSON file) And add *.hi mask there please - this is Haskell compiler temporary outputs.
