Bug Description
The copy buffer seems to be corrupted when you have multiple window open, and one window has unsaved dailog box opened asking you to save the file. If you ignore that dailog box and go back to any other window and try to copy and paste any text within the editor, everything is replaced with following content.

---------------------------
New file has been modified, save changes?
---------------------------
Yes No Cancel
---------------------------
I can confirm that this bug exists in latest build of sublime on Windows: Sublime Text 3.1.1 Build 3176
Haven’t tested the bug on other platform.
