This is ridiculous. I can not update ST since the button in the dialog window lies outside the window and can not be clicked. Until the last version, a small piece of the button was reachable, but now it is entirely outside. Mac OS 10.13.4, last version of ST.

have you tried switching to the default theme, to see if that helps?
it looks like this should have been fixed in 3162, however:

Thank you, actually if I comment out the line
“theme”: “Adaptive.sublime-theme”,
in Preferences, the dialog window is back to normal and the button is visible. So the problem must be in one of my customizations.
